First Month Celebration: Design a Character for The Machine God!

I'm still learning what makes a story resonate with readers, where some of my writer blindspots are, and your feedback has been deeply appreciated. Yes, even just the chapter likes!
To celebrate and show my appreciation, I'm giving Dreamers a special, exclusive opportunity: design a superpowered character to appear in The Machine God!
HOW IT WORKS:
Now through November 9th: Submit your character's superpowers in the comments below.
Describe their power(s) and how they work
Feel free to include basic character concept (personality, motivation, appearance) but powers are the focus
One submission per patron
After November 9th: I'll compile submissions into a poll where everyone can vote for their favorites.
The Winner: Will be adapted into a character appearing in a future TMG chapter!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Character may appear as hero, villain, side character, or any role that fits the story. That's up to me as the author. I will take suggestions, including names, into account though
Powers will be adapted to fit TMG's magic system and story needs if necessary
Timeline for appearance: TBD based on where it fits best in the narrative
Final creative control remains with me to maintain my story and quality

Follows some kind of natural or scientific logic (even if fantastical)
Has clear limitations or costs
Offers interesting tactical/narrative possibilities

Here's my resubmission History's Call| Class A, Tier 1 Summon a Cadre of warriors from history (30-90 amount is random the capacity is 90 though) these warriors are equipped with traditional armorments from their associated time periods. Individual warriors will remain untill defeated in battle. Art Of War| Class C, Tier 1 History has shown that war is an art form and you are one of it's greatest artist. Able to see the flow of battle and find weakness in enemies. Strength In Victory| Class A, Tier 1 Victory in battle let's warriors gain morale strengthening them, loss brings despair... Weight manipulation: can increase and decrease the weight of objects and people without affecting other aspects can use on self 2. Density manipulation: can increase and decrease the density of an object or person without affecting other aspects can use on self 3. Size manipulation: can increase and decrease the size of an object or person without affecting other aspects can use on self. Together they make the power matter manipulation with special moves like METEOR DROP INDUSTEUCTABL THE RISE end goal of power is taking a toothpick and dropping it on a world and it crashes through the planet a big limitation of his power is the will system so he can only effect things his will can override COMPLETELY
