Update on Update 14 - a good progress!

Work on update 14 is going quite well! With the office renovation behind me, I am again committed to submitting each subsequent update on time and reporting on the progress.
...but coming back to the next update, we will see new hot and spicy scenes with Angie and Landlady, where a boobjob will appear in one of them!
Yay!
Please keep your fingers crossed that the update will appear this month, but even without that I will do everything to make sure everything is on time again!
Thanks everyone for your support and patience.
And in just 2 updates, Jimmy's life will change for good because he will finally receive his first initiation!
