Orchestral Discovery Session - Requirement Reminder
Added 2020-09-28 16:04:29 +0000 UTCJust as a little service post, if you want to be eligible to apply for the first ORCHESTRA DISCOVERY SESSION to be held in the first half of 2021, you should make sure that you have completed 3 consecutive payment cycles of the $12 or higher tier and 6 consecutive payment cycles of the $5 tier by December 2020. The payment cycle starts for everybody at the first of each month, so if you for instance joined the $5 tier before July 1st 2020, you will be eligible. Also, if you join the $12 tier until September 30th, you will be eligible to apply.
So depending on whether you want to apply, make sure to double check whether you meet these requirements or whether you should upgrade your membership.
Of course, as you can imagine, it is not possible to record everybody who applies in the session, so even if you upgrade now, it might be possible that you will not be selected this time. Though your chances for the next session will be bigger then.
But fortunately, upgrading doesn't only come with the chance to be included in the session but with a lot of other perks, such as comprehensive composition walkthroughs and exclusive downloads like multitrack sessions in the $12 tier and extensive multipart tutorials and score sheets in the $5 tier so you get a benefit from upgrading in any case.
