Meryl recognized him as an old classmate. He used to be the captain of the football team and was the big man on campus with a perfectly chiseled body. Now, he was at least 300 pounds and running a bar.
"It's me Meryl. We went to high school together. What are you doing here? I thought you had some big football scholarship."
"The scholarship didn't really work out." Hank said. "How about I give you some drinks for free and we can catch up on things."
