(Follow up to my first Wide Wrestling story)
It was Blubberslam, the WWO's newest pay-per-view event. In front of a sold out crowd, the plus sized wrestling promotion put on super sized singles matches, half ton tag team matches, lardy ladder matches and even a royal belly rumble match.
The main event of the evening would be Fran Flabulous vs. Nasti Nile for the new and revamped women's championship title, the SSBBW Championship. Fran was a 500 pound indie darling who was signed to the WWO after she amazed talent scouts with her unforgiving, overweight offense in the ring. Nasti Nile was a 565 pound, egotistical veteran of the WWO and the current women's champ who maintained her belt with ruthless and gaseous determination.
In front of thousands watching both in-person and at home on TV, the two had a nearly half hour long bout to prove who was the best of the biggest. They traded blows back and forth as they punished each other with heavy set moves such as belly bumps, body slams, banzai drops and gaseous stinkfaces but neither could take the other down for the win.
By the match's end the two were exhausted and barely able to continue. However, Nasti, being the larger of the two, was also the more tired of the two and Fran took advantage of this. Using the little energy she had left, she pushed Nasti to the floor, her weight visible shaking the ring upon impact. Nasti was unable to get back to her feet, setting her up for a Flabby Frog Splash from Fran. Nasti was helpless as her quarter ton opponent's wobbling mass dropped down hard on top of her and she pinned her elbows down for the 1, 2, 3.
Taking the belt from the ref while Nasti laid brooding on the mat, Fran went on top of a ring post and proudly displayed her new championship win to the roaring crowd.
