News: 'payment declined' issue
Added 2023-08-04 09:51:38 +0000 UTCPatreon have just informed me that one of their 'payment partners' has upgraded its systems and this has resulted in an increase in 'payment declined' occurrences.
They say there are two remedies; either use a different payment method/card, or, contact the card issuer to confirm it is a valid charge.
Apologies if this has happened to you- at least you now know why. I'm sure the 'payment partner' will want to sort out their glitch asap
