Curled up in bed with my bear hug blanket and Gael hoodie, tissue sticking out of one nostril and wishing I had some pineapple juice(good for coughs). This helped me relax and feel so warm inside. I'll have to play this again before bedtime. Thank you for making this sick mama feel better.🤧🤒♥️😍

Ok Listen, I really can’t explain how you do this? I really don’t know. Also apologies for repeating myself that I’m away from home, but fact is that I am and I hate sleeping in a hotel bedroom. I did anything I could do just to calm mind for some few minutes. Even my YouTube relaxing audios didn’t help. I’ve been so restless having fever! But then you dropped this audio. Me already picturing the scene and myself in a sunny paradise, your sweet words and the nature sound and it was peace over and out for me....I slept so peacefully. This would be prefaced with me clumsily trying to get into the hammock, helping you in, and having lots of laughs. But then it would feel so cozy, with sleepytime and smells of the ocean and sunscreen (that I’ve helped you apply liberally).

G, This is Purrrfection. My absolute favourite place to meditate is on or by the ocean, rocking on the roof of a ship, totally alone, feeling the warmth of the sun and the ocean breeze on my bare skin, totally immersed in the sound of the waves. My favourite meditation experience was sitting on the top of a live-onboard diving cruise ship, rocking to our next dive site. Just sitting there with my eyes closed for an hour. The entire crew and my dive partner just let me be, some watched quietly, feeling the peaceful energy with me. I try to find 15 minutes at the end of the day to just sit quietly to settle my mind and my body. If I am on dry land, I try to imagine and bring the rocking ocean to me. This audio brings it to life, I feel like I am right back on top of the ship in the middle of the vast ocean and clear blue skies above. Thank you for this gift.
