EA Policy Changes 🤔

So as many of you may know (or may not know) EA has recently released a statement stating "Mods must be non-commercial and distributed free-of-charge. Mods cannot be sold, licensed, or rented for a fee, nor can Mods contain features that would support monetary transactions of any type." Many have taken this to mean that Patreon Exclusive content is no longer allowed for any Sims 4 Content, however, there is currently still a lot of debate over whether or not this includes Early Access content which is what I for the most part offer on my patreon. As more information comes out I of course will act in accordance of the new policies but in the mean time all future content will be offered free of charge. I appreciate all those who have decided to support in the past and will continue to support.

So what does this mean going forward?

Until more clarity regarding whether or not Early Access is included in these new policies comes out I will still be uploading content here in my free time, but

- Content will not be as frequent

I usually post anywhere between 3+ Early Access posts a month on patreon out of a sense of obligation knowing many are paying for a service, however with that sense of obligation being removed I will no longer prioritize as I had in the past. I want to emphasize- This is NOT with malicious intent. I still love making content in the sims and will continue to do so but realistically speaking I'll probably calm down and see it as less of a side hustle and more as a hobby 😅

- Patreon Exclusives will be made free

Starting today I will also be going through my entire patreon and unlocking all patreon exclusive posts, I believe it only included a few old LP sims from youtube but regardless they will be made public. For future reference I will most likely continue to upload any LP sims/builds AFTER I'm done playing with them on Youtube/Twitch.
