I ended up building these mobile homes since Sulani didn't have enough individual lots for all the townies I wanted to create π
Lot Features 5 "Houses"
1st House - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (Furnished for a Single Sim)
2nd Trailer Home - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath (Furnished for a Single Father and Infant)
3rd House - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (Unfurnished)
4th Trailer Home - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (Furnished for Single Father and Child)
5th House - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (Furnished for a Single Sim + Runs a Daycare)

Where I Placed the Lot -
!!REMEMBER to put the TRAY FILES in your TRAY FOLDER and CC in your MODS FOLDER!!
