It this an acceptable level of data collection and sharing and permission access for a wallpaper app?

This is taken from MKBHD's wallpaper app Panels released on iOS and Android. I took these screengrabs from the data policy and permission manifest on the Google Play Store listing of the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=art.panels.wallpapers.playstore

Marques Brownlee (MKBHD) promises to fix the data collection disclosure but will it be satisfactory?

What do you think?

You also have the second screenshot of the app's data policy, what info it collects and how it's shared in a user-friendly language. You don't have to understand every permission, but it's useful to have it rather than not. If you are an iOS user, you don't have the option to view these permissions unless they are prompted for.

hard to tell. why in the world should I know, as a user, what "run user initiated jobs" means?.it might be anything from "oh app needs multiple threads" to " it can impersonate all your actions". it would be nice from the OS to explain how dangerous every point is
