Surprised reward (Story)

Anon is a loner, he doesn't have any close friend, his parents don't give a shit about him, he lives alone in a small apartment, he get random job from internet for living...Short story, if he disappeared one day, people will just raise an eyebrow. This make him a perfect target for certain group.

One day at night, Anon go to the book store which he usually go every week. This book store is usually empty at this hour so no one will bother Anon.

The moment he stepped into the store. He noticed the staff has become an service drone.

"Welcome! Store manager is taking today off. Don't worry. We are still open"

Anon looked at service drone. It's staring at Anon with a creepy smile. Using drone to replace staff is not that rare today, so Anon stopped looking at it and move on.

"Wait a minute. Please don't go" Service drone said.

That's weird, somehow this drone has business with Anon.

"According to our customer tracking program, you are our 10000th customer. Allow me to start the scheduled event..."

Service drone put its hands under the desk and take out a small box.

"Congratulation! You are the 10000th customer! We have a surprise for you!" Service drone start playing some happy music and push that small box to Anon.

"What the hell?" Anon grabbed that small box and start thinking if this is another boring souvenir. Moments later he still decided to open the box.

"Pokeball?" Inside the box, It's a ball that looks like a pokeball. Anon grabbed the ball and wondering what the hell is this.

Suddenly, the ball start blinking. Anon thinks something is not right but it's too late.

"Contact" Service drone said.

"?!" A large amount of black goo spurt out the ball, The goo start covering Anon's face, his neck, his chest, his arms, his legs, and finally, his feet.

"Hmmm?!!" The black goo are covering his entire body. Panicked, Anon want to pull the goo off but these goo are way too thick, making Anon completely immobile.

"Capturing" Service drone said.

Some of the goo start sinking into his mouth and nose. Anon thinks he is gonna suffocated.

Suddenly, the floor just disappeared. Anon, who is currently immobile, fall into the hole that just appeared.

"Subject secured" Service drone said while holding a device.

Anon passed out for unknown amount of time. When Anon wakes up, he noticed that he is in a dark room filled with many strange machine.

In front of him is a strange looking human-sized doll. Anon try to approach it but the doll moved. He just realized this doll is actually him. He is looking at a mirror.

".......!?!" Anon want to scream but he is unable to speak. His mouth is filled with weird looking rubber. Anon try to pick it out but he can't, his hands has become an animal-like paw.

Checking the mirror, Anon noticed a leash is linked to his neck. He try to pull it off but this paw hand can't do anything at all

"Initializing visor" a voice appeared in his head.

Suddenly, Anon's eyes are being covered by somthing. Anon's vision slowly being filled with weird looking text and graphic.

"Welcome to Drone Recruitment Program, new drone! ____ Corp always accept new drone to contribute to society." a voice said in Anon's head

"Before our agent transport you to our facility, we will start basic drone training program in 3...2...1..." Before Anon understands what's happening, he felt a hard shock in his spine and pass out again.
