Option A - An out of shape guy hires a personal trainer who employs some odd methods to get him fit.
Option B - Blasted! The secret agent has been captured by his freaking nemesis. Heh, does he really expect him to talk?
Option C - The Demon Lord causes trouble from the wrong priestess. I suppose it's time for him to be isekai'd.
