New Delivery Method (and some clarity of the changes)
Added 2020-12-22 02:51:52 +0000 UTCApologies for any confusion and lack of clarity my previous post may have caused. Some concerns have been raised about subscribers being saddled behind time-gated content and losing access. I should have been more clear on the plan and structure coming in January.
Firstly, let me state that I am 100% against time-locked content and anyone losing access to content that they paid for. Rest assured, that's not the intention, nor the plan going forward. In fact, part of the reason why I decided to go this route is because I don't want people that need to un-sub for any reason to lose access to their downloads and content they paid for (which is how Patreon works by default).
The new upcoming tier structure will only affect NEW subscribers in relation to how much of the backlog (in terms of accessing Patron posts) they want access to. It will not affect current and long-time Patrons.

Now...The New Delivery Method

Every Patron will get a message with a direct download link to the month's release when it drops. You will no longer need to navigate posts to download zips through via Patreon. And as long as you have that link those download links will be accessible regardless of Patron status. Always.
This is a good thing for everyone! Why, you ask?
- Patreon file size restrictions limit what I can release through Patreon (I've already had one pack I had to split into two). I will be able to provide larger packs with the new delivery method.
- You will always have access to content released while you were subbed (and even if you aren't subbed) as long as you have the link. Lost the link somehow? Reach out and I'll get it to you.

I don't know much about Mac, but it's just a link to a download button to a zip file. Should be able to download it and it work exactly like a zip file downloaded from Patreon would.
