September 2021 Asset Release - Mazlo's Heraldry

I know, I know, it's not topo mountains. Honestly I needed a break from the redundancy of them, and I had some requests for some Heraldry stuff. Hope all the topo fans stick around and forgive the slight break of typical content. Don't worry, I have no plans to stop the topo content!
That said, here's the new pack. Bunch of heraldry for factions/empires/etc.
