You can tell your friends, families, associates even yourself about behaviors, thoughts, speech and/or actions that are harmful or deteriorating, but people going to do what they do regardless. Just had a close friend that passed away. He was a reasonable smart person champion billiards player and bowler high IQ, and he knew he was sick since 2016, but he was still ordering food from Wendy’s. I’m like bruh!?? Shoot! Even myself be out of order, but do attempt to compensate by trying to get 5,000-11,000 steps in after over indulging. Lol. Like you said about females, a person has to come out the box (literal box) with minimal defects, if one expects a reasonable existence on this plane.
