More than one of you has reported a problem to me with not being notified when you receive a message from me and even being unable to find the message in the Patreon app.
To be clear, I am not certain the Patreon app is working currently for direct messages. You can check your direct message and notification settings, but it sounds more like DMs might not be working properly at all.
Please, if you message me and are waiting on a response, or if you have a commission and are expecting to hear from me, be sure to check your messages on laptop or desktop. Or even try visiting the Patreon site from your phone using your browser.
