In which a bumbling bunnyboy finds a very, very enticing gift upon his warren's Solstice tree: a sweet, buxom plantgirl who seems as innocent as she is irresistible. Bucks are horribly vulnerable to the slightest whiff of feminine pheromones... but plants don't have those. Right?

Hi, everyone, and Happy Hollydays! Um, this was supposed to go up last week, but Pengy and I had a mixup and it never actually got posted. Sorry about that! I do want to get in the habit of actually giving my own comments on these posts, but that might mean some wires getting crossed now and then. It does sting getting a themed story done on time and it still winding up late, though. X3

Anyways, I hope your Decembers are going well! Because of the mixup, and in honor of the New Year, we'll be posting two chapter-sized stories this week. I'll put more of my plans for 2025 in that post.

Writer's Notes

You could see this story as my attempt to play on a/b/o tropes! These bunnyboys are so weak to girlscent that they have to sequester themselves underground to avoid running into any does. What can I say? I wanted to write some adorable weak-willed bunnyboys this month.

I also felt excited to write a malesub who, in contrast to Gretel's naivete, is genuinely kind of a ditz. :)

You also might have noticed that the new chapters are closer to the old length lately! Aside from Teacher's Pet, I think the old length has become a lot more workable thanks to body doubling with a friend. It really does help to have someone in the room working on their own stuff--I can consistently average around 1,750 words a day with them around.
