Pending Payment Issue
Added 2024-01-12 22:28:03 +0000 UTCMany of our subscribers are affected by an issue that our Patreon account has with recurring payments.
If you are affected by the issue, your pledge will show up as active, however you will notice that no charge was made on the date your subscription renewed.
If you are affected by the issue, you will have lost your premium benefits on SpicyChat.
A quick workaround is simply to cancel your pledge and reactivate your subscription.
This issue is affecting about 20% of subscribers, we've been in contact with Patreon regarding the issue since December 14th however they've yet to provide and explanation or solution, and this is having a big impact on our revenues.
