Change Logs:
Changed sun hue across different color profiles
Raised sun levels as i felt it looked a bit dark at day
Increased sun specular for a more aggressive look
Removed tail light saturation and reds boost, didnt work as i intended it to
Added slider for sunset sun level
adjusted slider limit values for fog height
Added a slider for sunset sun saturation
made fog white when transitioning from day to night for all fog selections
Altered code for better fps as a result of less cpu time
Changed uh luma sat
Changed sunset fog to slightly bright
Added NLP Level slider
fixed sun saturation and sunset sun saturation slider
Increased reflection gloss
Reduced sun specular acrossed bloom profiles
turned up saturation for sunset but down for mid day
Made night and day tempreture both slightly warmer
