The channel may be banned temporarily, but I'm sure I will get it back soon. If any of you guys are lawyers or attorneys, or have family members who are lawyers or attorneys that would be willing to help out, please DM me because I need an assist lol.

If they choose to keep the claim up, your only recourse will be making a claim in court. The claimant, unfortunately, can also just let it expire on it's own after 30 days to drag shit out.
