You can pick the option from Breeding Window:
A new sex scene has finally been added! Doggy Style can now be selected prior to breeding a pair of male and female monsters. This also works with the player character! More sex scenes are soon to come as we work to meet everyone’s expectations!

Hmmm maybe have the female place their hands on a box and lean their weight on it or something? Or have their hands on the ground? It look a little weird with their arms flailing around like that.
