How Do You Guys Want To Access The New Sex Modes?

These modes are things like Futa mode which will populate the world with chicks with dicks, or Gay mode that will add Gay people to the world, or a Lesbian mode where you always have sex as a girl avatar of your making.
The question I have for you guys is how would you like to access these in the game?
I will describe a few options below and I'd like to hear from you guys what sounds the best.
