Six Topping Funk

As the name implies, it was made in reply to a call for submissions from a well-known pizza chain. I did not get a response from the original client, but months later I heard that a different client was potentially interested in the piece. This was disturbing for several reasons - mainly because it implied that the ad agency was keeping my files and shopping them around without telling me or paying me for my work. Also, at this point I had given up on ad music as a waste of my time. Of course the new client wasn't going to want the track "as-is" and I wasn't interested in re-working the Six Topping Funk only to have it inevitably rejected. There I'd be, having done the work twice and still gotten zero payment for it. Nope, I was done. So I deleted the email and quit "the biz" .. not that I was ever actually in it, since I never successfully sold a recording there.
