Are the soldiers painted with a scuffed & chipped red, blue, and cream-that-was-white-long-ago?

Actually the signal drop with a passive splitter is negligible. There's enough difference that they don't recommend using them for pitch CV or anything that needs to be precise (you use a Buffered Mult for that) but I have those little blue hub-wheels that split a signal 5 ways and each copy is (I'm guessing) at least 80% of the original. Loss increases the more splits you make. Just two would make hardly any difference at all.
I thought about saying the name but decided it was just too risky.

Ouch i did not consider the spacing problem! đ đ
The tiptop look like normal plugs with a side thing so you should be able to position then "sideways" at a 45 degree angle to get advantage of the space between 4 plugs.
And looks like you had fun!
I wonder what's the loss with each splitter.
Technically should be each slightly less than half.
Vice versa i doubt each joining gives twice the input.
And if you need to know how to pronounce my name... GOOGLE I CHOOSE YOU!
