The white dots along the bottom of the breadboard are solder points. I guess you could use them like the touchpads and just tap component legs against them. The yellow line is a Reset input for the pulse dividers. The instruction sheet says that anything can be an input or an output.
2019-09-08 14:06:44 +0000 UTC💤 the transistor can touch and 3 adjacent zones in the multicolored patch and if those white lines near those outputs are stuff where you can plug it it... though i think they are not and the outputs are instead the single yellow line on the plugging patch... then you can use one output as an imput another output as a gate to the third that will use the input gated to produce an output... 💤
