We also have a horrifying hag dressed like a "1940s Hollywood vamp." This is what I came up with based on the description. If you want her to be less gruesomely old or her dress to be more modest, let me know within 24 hours, before I start inking it.

i'm not saying i dislike to see her naked, but this is the second time you tell me that in the reference i sent you she is naked and this makes me feel weird, as if i did not provide adequate references.
