Added 2023-05-25 22:05:16 +0000 UTCFiguring out Pinfall's elusive Mayor Burke, and his assistant. The sketches with the baseball cap were unrelated studies of the coach from Grease (1978), which accidentally influenced the design.
These two are not, as some people think, a reference to a cartoon. I grew up without cable tv, and since they're not dressed like Arthur and DW, one can assume it's a coincidence. (And before you ask, Ollie's Rocko's Modern Life shirt is a reference to the 90's as a concept; I did not see the actual television program.)
