Added 2021-07-20 01:03:22 +0000 UTCI was Comics Editor for the campus paper from Fall 1994 to Spring 1996. It was like pulling teeth to get students to submit material even though VCU had a renowned art school. How embarrassing!
I'm pretty sure the General Purpose Academic Building now has the name of some rich donor on it, but when I was there we called it "the GPA."
