This is what I meant. It is going to be an extra challenge working around this articulated steel skeleton - NEVER YOU MIND HOW I GOT IT! The "skull" was already inside her head in the first photograph but I did not have to screw it onto the neck until I got to the armpits and had to close the yarn around the shoulder pipes. Now it's on there and I will have to build the rest of the body with this metal thing inside. So far it's not as bad as I expected, and I think it might actually get easier for a while. Until I get to the hips. I don't know yet exactly how I'm going to make those. Getting the shoulders the right width was the most difficult part so far.
