Added 2023-03-20 23:48:38 +0000 UTCWe got a lot of suggestions for what Lana should do if the Patron count reaches 80. Lana says it won't, and this whole thing is idle fantasy, but if that's what amuses you then there's no harm in daydreaming about it.
Anyway, I collated the suggestions and here they are in no particular order.
If we ever get 80 Patrons or more, Lana Lynne should:

It ain't over til it's over! Only 43 votes have been cast, and we have 76 Patrons. (Nothing happens til we have 80 anyway, so Lana is just looking at all of this and laughing...)
