Resident Evil 2 - Requiem of Spies (SourceNext) Port

After speaking with the creator of the one of the earliest Resident Evil 2 Mods to be released (2002), I was given permission to port over Requiem of Spies to the newer SourceNext version of Resident Evil 2. This mod has been released to the public for FREE of course, I just wanted to share it here for those who support me as you're here for mods and since I ported this to SourceNext I figured I'd share!
