Upcoming Mods! (10th April 2021)
Added 2021-04-10 11:49:18 +0000 UTCHi folks! I just wanted to drop by and share some updates in upcoming mods I'm working on for fun. If you happen to follow me on Twitter or YouTube you've no doubt seen the teaser trailers I've been sharing but for those who haven't I'll provide links here.
First up we have the Sega Saturn Battle Mode Mod. This mod is a port of the Sega Saturn exclusive Battle Mode for Resident Evil which takes players through several stages of increasing difficulty and facing off against stronger enemies until you reach the end and finally defeat the Golden Tyrant.

Next we have the Invisible Enemies Mod. As the title suggests, every single enemy in the game is invisible (including their shadows!) which not only increases the fear factor but also adds some much needed difficulty for veterans of the game!

Finally we have the Exploding Enemies Mod. This will be a recreation of the 'One Dangerous Zombie' mode from Resident Evil REmake. In this mode a special zombie is placed in various rooms and if you shoot at it, not only will it explode, but the entire Spencer Mansion will too!

2021-04-10 16:11:08 +0000 UTCUnfortunately due to internal conflicts the original team working on Gaiden including myself, Andrew and Leigi had to cancel it. There was a major announcement a few weeks back outlining it all. The background artist who was the cause of it all has decided to continue to work on it on his own and I sincerely wish him well. Unfortunately rather than working as a team he wanted it to be 'his project' alone and that's what alienated everyone else leading to the mass exodus. As for Resident Evil 3, I will likely look into it someday but keep in mind each of these games have radically different methods of modding, coding and more. It's not as simple as jumping from one game to another. If it was I'd be absolutely flying through each game pumping content out quicker than you could play it. I also feel that far too many people focus solely on Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 mods leading to a rather over saturated scene. Almost nobody ever does anything to push Resident Evil to it's limits and make something exciting which motivates me to fill that void and bring something new to the table in that regard.
