Added 2022-08-06 01:57:53 +0000 UTCIMPORTANT: If you have any issues launching the game, please make sure your antivirus has not removed the 'REC.EXE' file located in the 'Data' folder. For some reason, some antivirus programs get a false alert for it. The EXE file is simply the original RE1.EXE but with various hex edits made to it to change core gameplay functions.
IMPORTANT: If you have any graphical glitches caused by your computer's graphics-card, go inside the 'Data' folder and unzip the files in the 'GFXpatch.zip' into the same folder it is stored inside. This will fix all graphic glitches such as black boxes around sprites, red pixels on 3D models etc.
I would highly recommend playing through Episode 0 and Episode 1 again before jumping into Episode 2 as there are some story elements you may have forgotten about which are referenced in Episode 2.

Debug has been disabled as people warping to different rooms can cause issues with events and their coding π it's also to stop access to certain areas!

2022-08-13 06:09:24 +0000 UTCNo, I didn't bother this time as upscaling all the edited backgrounds would be insane amounts of work and to be honest, most AI upscaling tends to make everything look 'weird' sometimes. The only time I will use HD backgrounds, is when I make the backgrounds myself from scratch since nothing would need upscaling. I hope that makes sense.
