It's certainly not perfect by any means, but it's pretty cool.

I've tried about 12 revisions getting the Cameo 4 to behave itself and do perfect circles, and no luck. But the cards themselves are now spot on.

I'm still working out the ideal method for the circles now -- I think having those die cut would be ideal, and we can just reuse the extra space without the dials to fit 3 cards on one page rather than 2, and cut the fillers (those cool element badges.)

The manufacturing process is like this:

#1 -- Make the cutout template in Inkscape as an SVG and import that to Silhouette Studio.

#2 -- Ensure that the photoshop document matches the cutout in Silhouette -> apply the registration marks.

#3 -- Print the card with registration marks

#4 -- Make a pile of prints and the adhesive mats (apply a brown paper bag cutout to the middle of the prints on the mat.)

#5 -- Carefully line up the prints on the adhesive mats. (Loop this while 6-8 continue.)

#6 -- Carefully line up the mat into the machine and feed it in.

#7 -- Push SEND on the PC and HOPE that it registers the page to cut. If not, repeat 6 & 7)

#8 -- Wait for the cut. 1 minute 08 seconds

#9 -- Retrieve the adhesive mat and set next to whoever is applying cards to mats

#10 -- Repeat 6-9 until all prints are cut

Next

#0 -- Make a pile of cards and life / passion dials

#1 -- Add rivets to a little Rivet guide I made

#2 -- Line up the cards on rivets press the card over the rivets

#3 -- drop the dials over the rivets

#4 -- Apply the rivet tool to the rivets

#5 -- Press the crease into the middle of the cards on the guide

#6 -- Set assembled card aside

#7 -- Repeat 1-6 until all cards are assembled

Next

#0 -- Make a pile of assembled cards

#1 -- Take a card and paint brush some carpenter's glue along the edges of the card

#2 -- Fold over the card and wipe away excess glue immediately

#3 -- Set on the drying rack

#4 -- Repeat until all cards are dry

Finally

#0 -- QA the dried cards and look for defects (Glue drips, offset windows, any dials that don't spin right.) Separate good and bad.

#1 -- Open the STAVE Deck Boxes and make a pile of rule sheets and decks next to the good pile of player cards

#2 -- Insert deck, rules, then 2 player cards

#3 -- Seal the box

#4 -- Put box through shrink wrap machine

The 1080ti is doing good! Took it apart, cleaned it up, and it's in my entertainment rig for now until I need it on the dev rig later. :D Definitely an upgrade from the RTX after that 780 died.

So, how is the 1080ti? Get it running yet? Also, I don't know what else you have as a source for sound, but I found the balanced cables I'd purchased for those Hifiman 4xx headphones. If you want/need it, I can mail it to you.
