Retrospective and future plans.

After 100 pages, Class Etiquette is done. I want to take a moment and share my reflections of the last four and half years.

First, what I consider some of the negatives, starting with the second half of the comic. The last half of the story was just a never-ending sex scene. Not necessarily a bad thing, but because, I wrote it by the seat of my pants, I didn’t have anything planned out. I think because of that the comic ran longer than it should have. Overall, I think the comic should have been shorter.

Second, and this ties into the first. I never sat down and wrote out an outline of the story. At best I had written, and only in my head, two or three pages at a time. I had at least four different ideas for the ending at different times and only came up with the final ending around page 96 of the comic.

From this, I know where I want to improve. I need to do outlines. This will make it easier to get comic pages done. I also want to make the sex scenes smaller; I really think in hindsight the whole last half of the comic should have been three different scenes which could have had more character building between them.

So, there is my short retrospective of Class Etiquette.

Now, what’s next?

The next comic will be: ‘Who’s Screwing Who Anyway?’.

This is a rip of ‘Family Game Night’ and “Who’s line is it anyway?’. The premise is Shayla, Kandi, Jaq, Abayomi, Rachel, and Trevor get together for ‘Game Night’ but no one is really having fun. Rachel mentions a game they played in the Army they called ‘Who’s Screwing Who Anyway?’ The game is simple, there are the Participants, the Audience and the Host. Participants screw each other in front of the Audience who in turn are giving their ideas on what the Participants should be doing. The Host pics the idea they like best and the Participants must follow through.

Here is where I think it will get fun for the Patrons. I will do a poll for each decision the host has to make. This will allow Patrons to participate in the story! And each decision leads to different sex acts, different positions and a different ending. The sex acts are based on the characters chosen; some will do things the others won’t.

I have some fine tuning to do with the outline, (all character’s decisions will be predetermined) and I think I can have this started in January 2022.

In the meantime, I will be taking a break from comics, but not the smut, I will be drawing lots of individual pics and sketches as I get ready to launch ‘Who’s Screwing Who Anyway.”
