Hi Derek, the last two weeks were crazy. Mihos cheki session was a blast. 6 hours of fun. I watched it live during the whole shift. It was a very short work day, i can tell. XD Last week i had a free work so i could watch Merry Bad End and Kosames sessions without working on IT Problems. Kosame is awesome. Can´t wait for the first songs. She will nail it. Merry Bad Ends new members are nice. In a few weeks they are streaming. It will be fun to see them as a five Unit Group the first time. About 15Germs. I did a little research and they are awesome. Good thing you help with some promotion and adding the crowdfunding on your site as well. When they have music to sell – digital or physical – they should gain lots of new fans. I hope the crowdfunding gets successful. They deserve it. In any case i can watch them live on Icolony Flash 3. And i´m very excited to see them, We already talked about what you do for them, but if they ask for further help where you know i probably can assist let me know. You mentionend PaPiPuPePo. I saw them about two months ago and my first reaction was like „WTF“. Having a girl who exploited the idol anonymity by wearing a giraffe mask is a band gimmick you almost can´t beat. And their music is very cheerful and quirky. Love them. For Pikarin i´d appreciate if you organize some music CDs to order on IU. Is that able to manage with her? For Mihos April Cheki Session… Maybe we need a cheki o´Meter where we can see once a day how far we are on each Tier. In my opinion this boosts sales more than it will block them. You have VERY high goals and this might the competition be even more fun. The Bacchus CD from her past group and the „something else“ is great. This should become a rare item in the future. Miho should be extremely successful in Japan. No doubt about this. She doesn´t just handle idol like a pro. She exploits it. (so does Kosame – just mentioning). A smaller german Japan Podcast saw your Doc (at least the first three episodes to the time their episode came out). You got good critics. Filming and cutting was praised. The storytelling of each episode and that you talked with people who critizise the industry too. They did have something to mock. But that´s some things on idol in general. Like underappreciation on idols skills. „One Idol plays violin… nothing of that is used on stage or in their songs“. But as said. Your doc got a recommendation to buy it. HI Derek, thanks for answering my questions. I had the giraffe girl in mind which is probably pretty hard to beat. Also just about the Amazon Prime thing, it does suck for your doc, but without being specific it's also blocking some things that really don't deserve a wide audience. Not a fan of the company but I get it. I don't remember if you have mentioned but were there ever plans for a DVD release event with some of the groups involved?

Hi Derek! Been a while since I commented, but I haven't missed a single audio post. I've been in a weird headspace for the past few weeks so I took a step back from things and just do my own stuff. I feel a bit better so I'm getting back into the swing of things. I have so much schoolwork to catch up to! As for your question about nostalgic memories.. God, I'm only 20 so I don't reminisce that much about the past. But a good memory will always be my trip to Japan. Basically all of 2019 was a lovely year before things went downhill with covid. Japan is a magical place to me, although I'm sure I only see the good things because I don't live there like you do. My dream is to come back in 2022, but we'll have to see how things go! The cheki sessions this month were incredible. MXE's was probably my favourite. Hina absolutely stole my heart that session with how smart and kind she was. She really stepped up and I'm claiming her as my new MXE oshi! Thank you for organizing them. They are truly something to look forward to every month. Kosame also surprised me by remembering I had my driving exam. It was so cute of her to check if I had passed! I did pass thankfully, so I'm just one step away from my license. Have a good day Derek!
