Scrolls and Potions

Hey, I'm trying something new to try to revitalize this space. Before I push this to Zach to make pretty, I figured I'd collect some feedback from you guys.  This is a light dusting of rules meant to make consumables more accessable and interesting.

All feedback welcome!

Love it! I use a lot of potions in my campaigns as I find it's a good way to give the PCs an edge while not making them permanently overpowered. Limited use items also make for interesting trade-off considerations for PCs. My potions are very often homebrew, in such a way that the effect doesn't always stem directly from a spell. I guess those potions should bump the rarity level up a notch or two, depending on the situation.

~What does it mean to roll proficiency dice?~ nevermind, I kept reading :) A few typos: > Ffireball or Lightning Boltlightning bolt > Ccounterspell Can a potion that might normally be imbibed be cast by throwing it at a target? e.g., can I throw a potion of Fly at an ally, and have it work, or do they have to drink it? I also have a vague concern that players have no reason *not* to burn remaining spell slots by turning them into potions, and stocking up on things they could then spam; a Warlock, especially, could completely negate their low spell slot level by spending a few nights brewing up potions they could use in combat.
