It's midsummers eve today, and even days like these I do put some time into the game.
I'm currently working on the requested gargoyle TF scenes, this short clip is an animation test. Running 17 keyframes, that can be adjusted for final animation. I'm going to make special TF sounds for these two scenes and I'm sure that you'll find them interesting. Hrhrm especially the other scene which has more dirties in it. The other scene consists of 49 keyframes and are much more challenging to make due to it's perspective.

After the gargoyle scenes there will be one more scene that needs to be made and two more tilesets that will hopefully be quite simple to make. Well the weird one will be simple but I think it'll be quite cool. And ofc the maps that will be using said tilesets.

Additional functions for the new animated battlers have been made and are working.
First it's a chance of animation behavour triggering function, which will be used later on for sure. That can make enemies take on passive poses on random chance or if player is taking his/her time to execute commands. The other hrhrm... not so great yet but functional function. Is frame smoothner, that will make a transition to next animation frame by blending. The part that is not so great is that cast shadows that har half transparent will blend and become darker making a flickering effect. So there needs to be an extra extension to this by simply extracting cast shadows and make them into separate pictures behind said enemy, which would be animated without a blend function. It was a bit of a oversight on my part, it's easy to forget how transparency layers.
