Added 2022-02-24 17:39:13 +0000 UTCI'm sure the situation in Ukraine needs no introduction. Our main artist, Nik, lives there and is particularly close to the threatened areas. It's a difficult time for him, and right now he needs to focus on keeping himself and his family safe.
As such, progress on our next update will be much slower than expected. I won't say "halted" because we still want to hope for the best, and I definitely won't say that the project is canceled. We'll recover. We just need to stay patient until then.
I'll pause the Patreon and the Ko-Fi tonight until Nik's in a better spot. Its main purpose at a time like this would be to send Nik money to help keep him afloat, but at this stage, it's difficult to say whether sending him digital dollars would be of much help, and it feels disingenuous to keep it online when we aren't working full-time on the project to begin with.
If you guys still want to support the project, be sure to donate to any charities that support the Ukrainian people in this time of crisis. They need our help now more than ever.
