Second Monthly Poll Results

I had never thought about the possibility of ties before, which is pretty dumb in hindsight. For now I'll just use my own discretion as tiebreaker, but I'll be setting up another poll to decide how they will get solved in the future.
The results, after applying the tie breaker, are as follow:
Tier 1: A Slime's story (Original Spirit Beast/Cultivation lite)
Tier 2: Ashikabi of the Center (Sekirei).
Tier 3: I was Ronald Weasley when I reincarnated (Harry Potter)
Tier 4: Tier 4 voters opted to leave the choice in my hands, the vote of confidence is much appreciated.
These chapters will be published through March with the schedule being as follows:
