In first place, Ranma is being a very naughty, naughty (lewd) kitty, so Akane is breaking out the spray bottle, again.
In second place, some crew members from the far touch at a costume party mug for the camera (from left to right, Nova, Nimasa, and Anja,) and finally in third place Kuno, being a jerk, annoys both Ryoga-chan (who is dressed up like Ranma) and Ranma-chan by dressing up as the "Tree-borne kettle girl" (i.e. Ranma) for halloween
