It was mostly just a joke idea that I stuck with for the long haul. It could've been either a large litter of children, or one exceptionally huge baby.

2023-11-30 00:30:22 +0000 UTCSo I'm curious Eric, what inspired you to make Carli and Spike have so many kids? I looked up real life chinchillas and they don't tend to have huge litters, so have to wonder what the inspiration was (unless it was totally random, which is fine too!)
