I'm so happy to see these episodes again right before Season 3 starts! Would you believe me if I said their chemistry here (already great) is nothing compared to what it will be later in this season, then Season 2, then Season 2.5? Somehow, this show and the cast just gets better and better as it goes on! I'm a huge Dive, and seeing Yujin in this show is how I got into IVE in the first place (hadn't paid attention to Kpop since SNSD prior to that) 😄.

Both Yujin and Gaeul (who you like a lot if I am remembring right) have a shorts video of like Jennie (dance practise room)on the IVE youtube. At the fancon they also showed for the first time choreo for the song TKO made by Gaeul with Simeez(Gaeuls first time choreographing). Both the performance and behind the scenes are also the IVE youtube. Something you can watch someday if you feel like it. End of the shameless IVE plug.

2025-04-24 20:07:25 +0000 UTCFor me I would put Key above these two. Chaeryeong had weakness in older songs while Heechul had weakness in newer songs. Key excels in both areas and his godspeed in Amazing Saturday is too hard to beat.

FYI, KJK was a very famous singer in his prime. He is the last person to win a grand prize from 3 music broadcast stations (which sadly these kind of awards don’t exist anymore because of newer award shows like MAMA, MMA etc.). Haha’s song was a project song from the show “Infinity Challenge” (also featuring Yoo Jaesuk as MC) which was also a very popular show in 2000-2010s. It was the longest running variety show in Korea before Running Man breaking it. The “music festival” project from this show always has many trending and popular artists making new songs for the festival. Many artists had participated in this project such as GD, Taeyang, IU, JYP etc. You started to see chemistry between members as time went on and Little Yujin started to get most mischievous and more carefree like her own IZ*ONE day. Many old Korean songs from 2000s were influenced by 90s western songs and 90s J-pop/J-rock so the sound could feel outdated (still I grow up listening to these types of song so I love these a lot).

Young-ji and Eunji who randomly say that Yujin is a "Hallyu star" made me laugh, especially since Mimi is one too, but the girls are really going to put Yujin forward. This is understandable because even if in IVE Yujin is the leader and one of the two oldest in the group; in Earth Arcade she's the youngest. - Yes, Yujin isn't the type to go jogging. Anyway, in this kind of show, when idols have the opportunity, they will always prefer to take a nap. Because between two missions, idols seize the slightest opportunity to rest. - I'm not a fan of Thailand, of course there are tons of things to visit and the country is very beautiful, but every time I went there I was destroyed by the sun and the heat, I was never really able to enjoy my stays there. - In 2022, IVE was so active that I'm surprised she didn't burn out. Fans yelled at the agency a lot because Wonyoung and Yujin sometimes had 7 or 8 activities per day. Wonyoung, who is an ambassador for several luxury brands, also had to travel abroad to participate in fashion shows or do modeling. She sometimes flew twice in the same day. So yes, the girls slept very little. - Youn-ji is truly hilarious in Earth Arcade. She's always dressed like a grandmother, wearing long floral dresses, a veil, no makeup, and a bandage on her forehead. - I love those quizzes on variety shows. Earth Arcade really has the same vibe as HYEMILEYECHAEPA. - I was already a fan of Yujin in Produce 48, even more so in IZ*ONE and IVE. Earth Arcade turned me into a SIMP. Every time I see Yujin, I have a big smile. I'm proud of the growth she's made in her career, and she's only 22, she still has a lot to show. I can't wait to see Yujin make her solo debut in two or three years. - Another good time watching this episode .
