The second man on the dvd bore a striking resemblance to former Prime Minister Tony Blair, and I *think* they were implying it was related to the Iraq War and the doubt over WMDs existing. (At least that was the biggest question mark over his term and had the potential to be the biggest scandal...) The main thing that bugged me about this episode was how Polly's introduction is a bit of a sucker punch. We see Jonathan's first interactions with Maddie, Carla & Joey, but Polly just pops up and goes "We're married now, get used to it!" Could've used a flashback, or even just a conversation about how they met, y'know? I get that there's been a 3 year gap, and it's not important to the mystery plot, but I still can't help but feel a bit short changed :/ Also, Josh talking about fanservice and actors coming back made me realise : this is the second time Nigel Planer has appeared, he was Maddie's boring blind date in the wardrobe episode!
