Added 2017-12-20 19:25:25 +0000 UTCAs a supporter of Josh Way/Fun With Shorts on Patreon, are you only interested in seeing "riffing" videos, or would you welcome other types of content, like other kinds of videos, podcasts, comics, etc.?
PS - Don't read too much into this poll, I've just always wanted to take the pulse of my patrons regarding the types of content you're willing/interested to see from me.
PPS - I used to blog about religion and politics, but that's not what I'm thinking of here. I'm talking about comedy material relating to pop culture.

Thanks for the votes, everybody. Two things as we move toward 2018: 1. I have no intention of moving away from riffing or of reducing my riffing output in any way. Weekly shorts will continue until morale improves! 2. Those of you interested in seeing other stuff from me will hopefully get the chance to do so in the new year, but I won't be tacking it on to this Patreon. At least not any time soon. Thanks again, and stay tuned for a new short TONIGHT!

Only a small percentage of you chimed in, but the results are enough to show me that half of you would not be interested in new or alternative types of content. That doesn't mean I won't try anything new, but it does mean that I'll be sure to keep this Patreon focused on the riffing and use other methods (alternate Patreon, Drip, etc.) to fund any new ventures.

I'll stick around regardless whatever content you make. I don't want to make you feel like I'm some kind of riff slavemaster holding my pledge as leverage over you. I want you to follow whatever creative muse you have =)
