The power of childhood indoctrination is well known to the religious. "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." ~Proverbs 22:6
Children should be taught, but those teachings should be correct and moral. If your beliefs are neither correct nor moral, then of course you may see the teaching of reality as insidious indoctrination.
Sorry, I didn't have many updates this month. I didn't have much to show. My next project, however, is VERY different. I'm working on an animated movie - a very serious one. I wrote a story, from beginning to end (unlike Power Corrupts, which has always been a work in progress). I could do this story in parts, but I decided to try for one video. The movie's main concern will be epistemological in nature, but it will be easy to understand and I'm really happy with the script. It was a sudden moment of inspiration I seized upon by quickly jotting down the synopsis and then contemplating it for several days before it totally spilled out of me and onto the page. I'm very excited for everyone to see and hear this idea that came to me. Please stay tuned. And thank you for your continued support. It enables me to do this. If not for you, I probably couldn't have pursued this idea.
