I Got COVID, but I’m Back
Added 2022-07-08 20:07:18 +0000 UTCSome of you may have noticed my total disappearance online. That’s because I’ve been bedridden with a bad case of COVID. Recently, the fevers and total body aches stopped, but I still have no voice due to non-stop coughing, and no sense of smell or taste. Fortunately, I can at least sit at my computer again (I tried while I was sick and only lasted about 15 minutes), and also, I completed most of the important work on my next animation before I got sick. So, I just finished up the last of the animating today (currently rendering) and will be doing the final editing soon.
In case you're wondering, yes, I was vaccinated. Doc thinks it would've been much worse for me if I hadn't been, which would be a nightmare given what I did experience. I stay in pretty good shape, but I have asthma, which makes it hard to breathe at times, especially with all this coughing. I don't like that the vaccines have been politicized and that even talking about them is controversial, especially without the knowledge of what would've happened to me had I not gotten it. But, the bottom line is that I'll still be here, still making my animations. God missed yet another opportunity to get me. Muh ha ha.
