Sigh. Only a very few times in my life have I managed to skim. Pretty much my only speeds are slow and stop. Oddly, stop works best. I got through about 300 pages of accounting and "The Legal Environment of Business" while I was waiting for a computer game to reload. I'd read a little, play a little, and inthe few weeks between terms, I learned a lot. I got A's in both courses, and in most of my other courses. But I'm special. After 3 decades of clinical depression, I need to stay in my happy place, to be productive. You help a lot with that. :)
