Flipping a turkey halfway through roasting is no trivial thing. I tried it that way one year; never again. And that was only a 10-12 lb turkey - it would have been quite a production with 15 lbs+. Maybe if I had had silicone oven mitts to get a grip with, but I doubt these housewives have those. Armour apparently is leaving the "how" as an exercise for the reader!
