まもるくんのくすぐり小学校での新生活 - Mamoru-kun in Tickle Island Elementary School

When blown, the whistle transmits whatever information Mamoru needs to get out to the Crystal Tower, then the tower broadcasts the information into the minds of every person in the town. Firefighting Gun - The backpack contains a compressor that allows the water stored in the tanks to be ejected at high pressures. The valve on the top adjusts the pressure of the water. He was grabbed by a kidnapper while he was playing with his friends outside. But he fired his Firefighting Gun at the kidnapper with no concern for his own safety, and he dashed out from a van they were riding on. He called for help with his Transmission Whistle.His quick thinking saved him and his friends from a kidnapping attempt. His town's police chief praised the bravery and quick thinking of the 10-year-old boy. This boy became a little hero in his town, becaouse of his heroic action. The police created 'Mamoru-kun' - stranger safety awareness program to teach kids how to stay safe. And he is the titular protagonist of the 'Mamoru-kun'.Mr.Kusuguri thought this attempted case would have a "bad" influence on childre, becaouse many kids would have a dream to be a new little hero like him. He kidnapped easily mamoru-kun and bring him to the Tickle Island, and re-enrolled him in the T.I Elementary School. Where all “bad boys" will be reformed to be “good boys". They are seated and strapped in with safety bands. Prisoners are forced to read it aloud that a twisted children's book that teaches them to be thankful for their new lifes,always smile, and nobody needs anger here. And they always will be forced to "smile" by tickling. His backpacks with water tanks connected to his Firefighting Gun was specially modified as a tickle-machine. His parent had had an enormous "bad" influence on his values and behavior, but now Mamoru-kun is a student at T.I elementary school. So he is always "protected" from all bad influences include his parent,friends and peers,and more.
